Loop Controller Connected to AC Contactor

Loop Controller Connected to AC Contactor

Loop Controller Connected to Industrial Lighting Circuits (up to 2000W)

  • The loop controller connects to the smart concentrator gateway by default via 485Ⅰ port. For specific connection to 485Ⅰ or 485Ⅱ, consult the business team.
  • Wiring methods for loop controller to lamps (taking DC lamps as an example):
  • AC-powered lamps can be directly connected to the loop controller.
  • DC-powered lamps require the loop controller to connect to an LED power supply (converting AC to DC) before wiring to the lamp.

Step 1: 485 communication between Loop Controller and Smart Concentrator Gateway

  • Loop Controller 485 A port to Smart Concentrator Gateway RS485ⅠA port
  • Loop Controller 485 B port to Smart Concentrator Gateway RS485ⅠB port
