Nema Controller
The PLC-NEMA light controller complies with UL773/ANSI C136.10 standards and features an international NEMA standard interface. It utilizes broadband power line communication technology, allowing communication over existing power lines without additional wiring, thereby reducing installation costs. The controller offers fast communication with a peak physical layer rate of 0.507 Mbit/s, employs OFDM modulation for strong anti-interference capabilities, and supports automatic networking, completing setup in just 10 seconds. It can accommodate up to 15 relay levels, providing long communication distances.
Additionally, the PLC-NEMA light controller uses power line communication to collect and report data on input current, voltage, active power, energy consumption, power factor, switch status, and other relevant metrics.

Wiring
In order to improve the reliability of installation and the convenience of operation and maintenance, the single light controller must have a 7-wire base interface (NEMA interface) that meets the requirements of ANSI C136.41 to achieve reliable electrical and mechanical interconnection with the lamp. The structure example is shown in the figure below:
